Directions: 1. Scoop out desired amount with your finger. 2. Dissolve the balm by rubbing it between your hands. 3. Apply the butter to your beard with your palms and fingers. 4. Once the desired amount has been applied, you can shape it with your hands, a comb, or a brush.

Notice: If your butter arrives gritty, it may be due to temperature changes that caused the butters to melt partially or completely, which can affect the consistency of the shea. This can happen during transit, and it's a common issue with natural products that don't contain synthetic or chemical binders. However, the issue is easily fixable. Follow these steps:

1. Place the container in the microwave, with the lid on, for about a minute and a half.
2. After melting, give it a couple of swirls and place it in the freezer to re-set.
3. After leaving the butter in the freezer overnight, take it out and let it thaw for the day.
4. The following day, your butter will be creamy smooth just like it was when it was first made.
